The Zylo supports a neatly shaped casing which is compact in size thanks to the handsets slide opening design. A chunkier feel to the handset gives it a solid feel when the casing is both in its slide closed or open position. Its dimensions are compact measuring 10.3cm in height, 5.2cm in width by 1.6cm in depth when the handset is closed. With a choice of three colours the user can express their style by choosing a swing pink coloured casing for a snazzy & feminine look, or a jazz black coloured casing for a sleek & distinguished look or opt for a chacha silver coloured casing which gives a sophisticated look to the Sony Ericsson Zylo. When in its closed & opened position the user can view & use the 2.6 inch colour screen, as well as the well placed navigation key, music keys & call keys which are situated beneath the screen on the top section of the slide open casing. On sliding open the handset the lower section of the casing slides smoothly under the top section to reveal a small but beautifully design keypad with easy to operate individual numeric keys which can also be used for alphabetic character entry.

Overview
The Sony Ericsson Cedar is a member of the Sony Ericsson GreenHeart family which is an environmentally friendly range manufactured using recycled materials & packaging, & includes other phones such as the Sony Ericsson Elm & the Sony Ericsson Hazel which are also GreenHeart phones but with differing features, technologies & overall casing designs. The Cedar is a 3G capable mobile phone which has a simplistic bar form casing. Its features include social network integration complete with a widget manager, two megapixel camera with 4 x zoom, radio, media player, Internet browser & it supports 3G HSDPA technology.

Appearance & Size
This 3G phone comes in two colour combinations which include a black front case with a silver coloured back, or a combination of black front section with a red coloured back panel. The two chosen colours of the casing meet together on both sides of the casing, which provides an elegant shaped swish where they meet. Its screen is a TFT QVGA screen which has a 240 pixel by 320 pixel screen resolution & it has a 262,000 colour display. The screen measures 2.2 inches when measured diagonally & positioned beneath this screen is a square shaped navigation control plus an alphanumeric keypad. The Sony Ericsson Cedar has a light weight design casing weighing only eighty four grams in total, & the casing is 11.1cm in height, 4.9cm in width & 1.55cm in depth.

Taking a photo or recording a video is possible using the handsets built in two megapixel camera. The Sony Ericsson T715 is an elegant slide opening 3G phone which comes in either a rouge pink coloured casing or a galaxy silver coloured casing. This handset is compact due to its slide action opening system which measures 9.15cm in height, 4.8cm in width & 1.29cm in depth. The T715 weighs 96.5 grams in total including the rechargeable battery. It is a handset from the Sony Ericsson T range which includes other handsets such as the Sony Ericsson T700 & the Sony Ericsson T707.
